I have been working at EDF Renewable Energy (More than 10 years)

Great place to work. In an exciting sector. Good strategic position with strong balance. Great values: safety, good sense, accountability, teamwork, respect, transparency and passion. Great benefits too

not everything is perfect. Some areas of the company still need to work on value and breaking silos. Compensation is average but solid in the long run, Great career opportunity for motivated self-started. You need to be able to show initiative for sure

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on Value and preserving the soul of the company

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at EDF Renewable Energy (Charles City, IA) in July 2013.

Be ready for a company test on electrical technologies. Any and all certifications you posses will help you in the interview. Come to interview with a good idea of were you would like to be pay wise. Some fairly regular questions mixed with a lot of general conversation. It is a short interview unless you have lots of questions.
