    -Extremely Flexible Schedule
    -Stress-Free Enviroment
    -Management is very understanding and compassionaite
    -Good Pay For What The Job Encompasses

    Cons

    The ONLY con I could think of is the following:

    I WISH THAT MY EMPLOYMENT DIDN'T END BECAUSE OF LACK OF CHILDREN!!!!!!!

    I applied online. The process took 5+ weeksinterviewed at EIHAB Human Services in July 2014.

    Interview Details

    I had two interviews and was offered the position, which I now regret accepting. I was hired and not asked too many questions outside the norm. Basic interview questions about your past jobs, why you left, if you could return to former jobs.

    • I was asked if there were any reasons that I might not be able to perform my job duties.   Answer Question
    • I was asked about my specific duties at my previous jobs and my driving record with them.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
    They made me a flat offer. I didn't have much negotiating power because I was fresh out of college and only had a year and a half experience as a DCC. I accepted the offer but the job required more work than the money was worth.
