Decent salaries, bonuses and benefits. High caliber, hard working employees. The people working there are top notch, work very hard and support each other.
Unrealistic time off policy. They give time off allowed days but if you use them it goes against you, even if you are sick or need time for a scheduled doctors appointment. Their late policy is unrealistic as well. If you are late for any reason it goes against you, even if you were in a car accident or a major blizzard.
Advice to Management
Value your employees. You need to hold supervisors and management to the same strict time off and late policies as all employees.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at EMD Millipore in April 2015.
First had the phone interview with several questions about your previous background, skills, experiences. Phone interview went well and then was intived for onsite interview. The interview was mainly about your skills and experiences as well.
