    Pros

    Excellent pay, as always in the financial services industry.

    Cons

    Poor management Administrate, administrate, administrate ... just don't actually DO anything Sales people sometimes willfully rip off customers. If they are caught, there are no consequences.

    short and quick. interviewed by 7 managers. they flew me in. they took 3 weeks to respond. management was good. office atmosphere was very good. the team members were very welcoming
