ERRG provides a broad scope of engineering, remediation, construction, military munitions response, and emergency preparedness services. Our team consists of nearly 300 full-time employees, including environmental, civil and geotechnical engineers, geologists, scientists, emergency preparedness and compliance experts, construction managers, construction superintendents, equipment operators, certified hazardous waste technicians, field laborers, and administrative personnel.

ERRG's broad base of environmental, engineering, and construction backgrounds enables us to provide the full spectrum of remediation services to our public and private sector clients. Engineering services range from initial site investigations and characterizations through design and implementation. Construction services range from small soil excavations to the construction of multi-million dollar treatment systems. ERRG staff work in multidisciplinary teams to design and build practical solutions to environmental problems.

ERRG was incorporated in 1997 and currently has offices in Martinez, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Tustin, California; Seattle, and Spokane Washington; Portland, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; and Honolulu, Hawaii.

ERRG is certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WSB) and a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).

During the past five years ERRG has increased revenues by nearly 400%. With rapid growth of this magnitude it is incumbent upon ERRG to find qualified candidates in all disciplines, including technical and construction personnel, administrative staff, and field laborers.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at ERRG.

    Interview Details

    I did an internship here so the process was probably a little different than usual but I had a phone interview followed by an in person. I first had a phone interview with someone from the department before having an in person interview with the CFO. He was a great guy and asked some questions about my educational background. There weren't any extremely technical questions (keep in mind it was an intern position).
