EZCORP has a long history of connecting with local community needs in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Our stores are uniquely positioned in the neighborhoods where we live and work. With our strong neighborhood focus, we’re aware of the significant challenges faced by many children in our communities. That’s why we look for ways to make a difference. We sponsor volunteer initiatives, contribute to local causes through our store-giving program, open store facilities to community events and contribute to hundreds of nonprofits via EZCORP Foundation. In 2013, EZCORP contributed a combined $1M to children’s causes.
With a focus on serving children and their families in our store communities, EZCORP has become a leader in making kids’ lives easier. Our Foundation supports nonprofits that provide resources to children and their families in order to help them live healthy and fulfilling lives. Your store managers are usually smarter than you think--let them manage their employees the way they feel is best within your guidelines. Improve the commission structure rather than hyping silly sales competitions, and again...trust your store managers!

I applied online. The process took 2 days – interviewed at EZCORP in November 2014.
They had three teams of two people per team ask essentially the same inane questions in back-to-back in-person interviews after a telephone pre-screen. Questions were mostly of the stump-the-chump variety, i.e. "how do you facilitate acceptance of your team members."
- Some questions such as "what would you do if the business side doesn't sign off on the requirements?" are questions for the upper IT management staff. Later, it was confirmed that no, they do not stand up to the business side. This leaves PM-level staff vulnerable and frustrated. Answer Question
