EZPAWN Community Involvement

We have a strong neighborhood focus at EZPAWN, making a difference in the communities where we live and work. EZPAWN Team Members work together with our customers to connect underserved children and their families with fulfilling, life-changing opportunities. We make a difference in children’s lives by supporting hundreds of nonprofit organizations that provide for basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter, basic healthcare and mentoring.

We make it easy for our Team Members to volunteer in our store communities. We proudly offer Paid Volunteer Time-Off for our Team Members to volunteer at a nonprofit organization of their choice. Our Store Giving Program gives each of our stores funds to support local nonprofits, helping them to have a positive influence in the community. We also open our store facilities to community events, such as car washes and bake sales. Through Product Donations, EZPAWN welcomes the opportunity to donate high-quality merchandise to nonprofits serving children’s causes. For example, last year  EZPAWN Chicago donated bicycles to a local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization for the holiday season.

    Vast assortment of products! Great developmental sales job with all the different items you will need to learn about. You will buy and sell everything from Gold to Crossbows.


    Pay and Benefits could have been alot better.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at EZPAWN.

    Interview Details

    Initial communication was for postings on multiple websites. They email you to fill out online app then you wait for a reply. There was no reply after 2 weeks so I called and they said they meant to schedule an interview. 2 interviews, 1st with area office and area manager, less than an hour, personality evaluation. 2nd interview is with local store for the position with store manager. They don't have much interest so the interviews are too easy. My perception of the people is who they are. Very relaxed environment. Offices need constant cleaning because of the high volume of customers. Work culture is great, but with all companies, it varies greatly with each individual. Each store is run differently from other stores. Corporate allows managers complete control of almost everything inside of their stores Visit a few locations and you can see no 2 are the same.
