    I worked at Eagle Golf full-time (More than 5 years)


    - Good opportunities for advancement at above average golf properties throughout US. - Fair compensation packages. Benefits can include health, retirement, playing privileges, etc. - Positive workplace with a fun environment and customer centric driven company culture.


    - Struggling golf industry; difficult to increase profitability and deliver required results. - Company has had significant amount of attrition in number of properties owned/managed. - 60 to 80 hour work weeks for mid to upper level management positions at golf course level.

    Advice to Management

    The company now operates under the name Arcis Golf. Senior level management and properties are similar to Eagle Golf operations.

    I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eagle Golf (Saint Louis, MO).


    Standard summary of the duties of the job and questioning of ability to perform the functions of the job. The manager gave a tour a facility and a sample schedule in order to make sure I was clear on what I would be doing. I met some of the current employees and was told I would get a call in a few days.
