I worked at East Carolina University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good pay, flexible hours, no take home work, opportunities to work with both students and higher level personnel. Interview process was short and to the point.

    Cons

Little interaction between co workers outside of work, very cliquey, not the most exciting job in the world. Pay could be increased, but still competitive.

The application process lasted about a week and a half. After applications where screened, I was called in for an interview which lasted an hour. Most of the questions were related to my work experiences and my future aspirations and how the job itself can benefit me and how I can benefit the department
