I have been working at East Tennessee State full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great students, supportive staff and faculty, good benefits for employees, good infrastructure and support services like physical plant and OIT.

    Cons

Administration has too many people, slow to respond, student services have problematic areas. Salary low compared to peer institutions.
