    Pros

Easton offers the best pay for nurses in the Lehigh Valley. Three 12 hour shifts. Get to make more connections then you would at other large networks in the area. As a part of a large national corporation, there are hospitals all over the country where you can transition too.

    Cons

Being a much smaller hospital than others in the area, the opportunities to work in specialty fields are limited. Continuing education and resources are limited when compared to other local hospitals.

    Advice to Management

Consider providing education classes for nurses for the rare situations and equipment we sometimes see. Consider having an increased float pool of nursing aides in order to increase patient satisfaction and allow nurses to focus on their responsibilities.
