I have been working at Eaton Vance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The people at EV are amazing. There isn't anyone that I do not like working with. People are friendly and helpful. There is team atmosphere.

    Cons

There are some processes that are still very manual and could benefit with automation and an investment in technology.

    Advice to Management

The behind the scene work needs to be reviewed and automated to better business practices. Compliance and legal should be expanded to handle the increase in work .

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Eaton Vance (Boston, MA) in March 2015.

    Interview

Took a few months, met with recruiter then 3 members of the department I was interviewing for. Very simple and conversational. Asked to go over my resume, but mostly listened to my job requirements and what I would be doing on the job. No curveball questions. Recruiter got back within the week with decision. Followed by fingerprinting.
