I worked at Eaton Vance as a contractor for more than a year

Company philosophy places great emphasis on employee participation. Employees are encouraged to share ideas on ways to improve communications and processes. There was a pervasive sense of trust that made it a pleasure to show up each day.

Like anywhere, your contribution typically depended on where you fit within the power structure. And despite claims to be progressive in their marketing efforts, large organizations like Eaton Vance are susceptible to conservative thinking.

    Interview Details

Applied online, but also had an employee referral. I heard back about a week later that they wanted me to come in for an interview. I interviewed with 3 different people. One was from HR and the other two were potential managers. They asked all pretty straightforward questions about myself and my past experiences, nothing too tricky.
