    I worked at Ecampus.com

    Pros

Laid back company, small local business operating on a multi-national scale.

    Cons

Lack of a competent IT department and/or poor funding to it. Poor IT support for the busy seasons. Hard to get hired on as a permanent employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Gain a better understanding of what kind of technical equipment is required to run an operation on this scale. Hire some competent IT professionals and allocate resources to improving workstation and server technology.
