EcomNets’s People philosophy is to achieve success by investing in their most important asset – “Their People”. They operate their business by placing responsibility and ownership in the hands of their teammates. Everyone is given the opportunity to succeed and provided with the resources to do so. With a transparent, open culture focused on driving team goals, they are able to achieve more together. As the company grows, they feel it critically important to explicitly define the core values from which they develop the culture, the brand, and their business strategies.
At EcomNets, we offer careers, not jobs. We inspire innovation and reward discovery. We expect results.
We are committed to delivering value, maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit, pushing innovation, and raising the bar on workplace excellence. It shows in our performance.
EcomNets has recruited an incredibly diverse workforce that is geographically dispersed around the country. Individually, we possess many unique experiences, skill sets, and knowledge bases. Collectively, however, we share our most important corporate asset: Our company culture.
Cultures do not develop overnight. They are built, challenged, refined, and nurtured over many years. Over the last ten years, EcomNets has built a team-oriented culture devoid of the barriers that typically impede client successes or individual professional growth. The esprit de corps of our staff is infectious. Recruits notice it immediately when they first meet us.
As we grow as a company, it has become more and more important to explicitly define the core values from which we develop our culture, our brand, and our business strategies. These are the nine core values that we live by:
1. Embrace and Drive Change
2.Be Adventurous, Creative, and Open-Minded
3.Pursue Growth and Learning
4.Build Open and Honest Relationships With Communication
5.Build a Positive Team and Family Spirit
6.Do More With Less
8.Be Passionate and Determined
The people who work at EcomNets are the most important reason for our success over the years. EcomNets employees are a bright, motivated and diverse group, with varied work backgrounds, many technology veterans and some hotshot whiz kids.
We have employees from many different countries around the world, who speak many languages and bring valuable experiences to our company. Our employees are very aware of the global nature of our company, our products, the markets we serve and the business problems we solve.
Our common bond among departments and across geographic borders is the ability of our diverse group of employees to work well together. We understand EcomNets' vision, and everyone is driven towards achieving our common goals.
We might not always agree on the path to take, but our direction is firm and we have a high level of trust within the company, which helps us overcome any obstacle. Over the years we have overcome many obstacles and we know we can do anything we set out to do.
The bottom line is every time we have a challenge, we respond with a positive driving attitude. It's an attitude pervasive throughout our organization: our engineers, our product development managers, our customer care organization, our sales force and our marketing teams.
