Its EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL style of interview. They had different rounds.
1. Prelim Screening
2. Practical Trade Test
3. 1:1 Interview - General
4. Skype Presentation of trade test
5. Welcome interaction with the CTO
Over all exp was that I finally felt that I really deserved this position and no other company can take such recruitment process. I feel proud to be working here. I now know exactly where I stand. After this interview process I was clearly able to do my SWOT.Interview Questions
