    I worked at Eden Brown

    Pros

the money is good when you do well as with all recruitment consultancies

    Cons

the managers like to play the blame game. that means more focus is placed on blame rather than development. that is not good business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

please note that all issues in any business always come from the top down. rather than working off a tried, tested and failed business plan please try to fix problems.
