    Pros

Wonderful co-workers, pleasant working environment. Staff discount but that's normal for any retail job.

    Cons

Dreadful management were bullying, intimidation and humiliation is the norm and condoned from the top downwards. Not to be recommended for the fainthearted, expect to be totally undervalued and mentally debilitated.

    Advice to Management

GO. EWM only succeeds because of the undervalued staff.
