    Pros

New owner and leadership has totally changed the mission and culture of the company. Question many of the other reviews, since they don't even know that the name of the company has been EdisonLearning for nearly 8 years.

    Cons

Past owners and leadership were completely disengaged - thankfully they are gone.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving in the direction you're going. The company's future is solid and greater success is coming.

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Edison Schools.

    Interview

Very informal hiring process by two implementation specialist. I knew I was hired by the time I left the interview. The questions were typical for educational background as well as to see if the person they are hiring is compatible with the student population.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I negotiated for $5000 more than they offered to be atleast somewhat competitive with local teacher salaries.
