- Corporate Charitable Partners
As a global company we are committed to supporting the life-changing work of organizations around the world like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Free the Children through direct grants, in-kind donations, and giving campaigns.
- Matching Gift Program
Employee donations to eligible non-profit organizations are matched 1:1 up to $4,000 USD each year. In addition, employees that volunteer their time can have $15 USD per hour donated to a non-profit organization (up to $1,000 USD of their matching gifts benefit).

I was with my previous employer for over 8 years so moving to Egencia was a big career decision for me. I haven't looked back since. My boss and teammates are always available to help me reach my goals. The company culture is healthy, fun and respectful to employees and their families. We work in a very competitive market and the company treats us with a work-life balance that is very difficult to find. The product we sell creates real value for our customers.
A higher sense of hierarchy than with my prior employer but senior leadership is accessible and make a point of communicating to all staff frequently.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Egencia (Bellevue, WA) in May 2015.
I experienced two phone screens. The first was with a recruiter and and the second was with a hiring manager. The screening with the recruiter is very short and sweet (15 mins). This person emailed back to set up "phone interview" with the hiring manager about a week later. The second screening was performed in a very loose fashion with an open dialogue. Be prepared to sell yourself at this point.
