    Pros

Although the company continued to go through change, management was always consistent and treated employees honestly and fairly.

    Cons

Acquisitions and dispositions of businesses always required long hours and constant changes.

    Advice to Management

Annual employee review process should be evaluated as it is applied inconsistently across the businesses.
