    I worked at Elavon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great atmosphere. Friendly co oworkrs, very approachable bosses.

    Cons

    My division , Largo, wasaquired by the greater wholee and by the time I left it was already being dismantled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more clear a out expected attrition dates to the staff.

    Interview Details

    Hiring manager reached out to me, followed by an HR meeting for the cultural fit assessment. Thereafter, I met the hiring manager three additional times due to hiring freezes in between. A total of 4 mos were spent on getting a decision which I feel was absurd.
