Direct management very supportive, highly knowledgeable and intelligent engineers, flexable working environment, good graduate program, no micro managenent but work expected to be done.
Poor to average career progression, positions only become available when person leaves even though business expanding. And then these are usually only development positions so no salary improvement.
Advice to Management
Look at the employee's closer and reward those who your business lines currently depend on. Remove restrictions on movement within the company and developemental positions not suitable as many of the employee's already have experience and knowledge

I applied online. The process took 2+ months – interviewed at Electricity Supply Board in May 2015.
Very long and drawn out process from start to finish. It took them over 5 weeks to shortlist and schedule interviews. The interview itself was very formal and rigid with a panel of 3 HR Managers. It then took them another 4-5 weeks to revert with feedback.
