I have been working at Electro-Motive as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Their pay here is really good for an internship. The people are very good to work with. They are willing to help the interns when we needed it but you are still expected to learn on the go for the most part. There seems to be many opportunities to move up based on my conversations with the engineers and staffs who work there.

    Cons

None. Being an intern, I don't think I've been here long enough to really see the cons if there are any.

    Interview Details

I got the interview through a staffing agency. First they make you watch a video about safety through the testing site. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager and the supervisor. The asked me about my technical experience. Then they walked me through the company showing how work was to be done, which took up most of the interview.
