I have been working at Electro-Optical Sciences

    Pros

Beautiful office overlooking the Hudson. Generous compensation for good talent. Casual atmosphere. Great employees (although none of them work there anymore).

    Cons

Young environment. Prone to drama. Inefficient. Product is disliked by customers. Pool table is now in the corner collecting dust. Small network for health insurance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Information was never passed down. Only people "in the know" ever knew what was going on.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
