I have been working at Elemica as an intern

Very laid back work environment, all of my colleagues were very friendly and were always willing to help. Treated like more than an intern, and enjoyed being responsible for new supplier on boarding training sessions.

Would love to have been busy at all times, but some days/weeks went by with little to no work for me to do.

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Elemica.

    Interview Details

Because I was referred into the company, my process was probably abbreviated and more of a formality. However, I was brought around to meet with a number of key personnel in various departments, and questions were quite routine. Interview Questions

    Negotiation Details
There really wasn't much of a negotiation. The annual pay rate was good, and the benefits were really not negotiable. The process ended with a formal, detailed, written offer that covered most of the topics you would want at that stage.
