    Pros

The Elephant Bar Restaurant that I worked for cares for their employees, there is room for advancement, and they take pride in their work. Servers, Cooks, Bussers, Hosts, Managers, Bartenders - everyone collectively works as a team. Good atmosphere for first hosting job.

    Cons

No real cons it was a great first host job for me :)
