    Pros

    Room for improvement Became a certified trainer The company provides gift cards, free meal cards, or prizes for the server who wins the competitions like who has highest sales, good yelps or who sells the most desserts etc You are provided with great training

    Cons

    Very corporate you must have a certain level of sales A lot of coupons which reflect on your tip Training can take two weeks to complete
