    Pros

    I've been with Eligo for more than 5 years and it has been amazing! It’s a fun environment, casual dress, flexible morning start times and great office music. The Directors have created a special company that encourages individuality, which is rare in recruitment. As a non-recruiter I had vision for my role. After making a business case for it I was allowed to see the vision through.

    Cons

    You have to be self-motivated, there is very little micro-management.
