We identify many of these young professionals by formally recruiting on college campuses throughout the year. Elliott Davis Decosimo invites a number of talented students to participate in our annual ENCOMPASS event, a three-day summer program devised for rising juniors and seniors from across the U.S. to explore and expand their leadership potential.

Upon completion of this initial program or through on-campus recruiting, many candidates are extended the opportunity to participate in ENVISION, our nationally ranked internship experience. This seven week summer internship is designed to give students an opportunity to discover potential career paths within Elliott Davis Decosimo and obtain valuable work experience in the public accounting field.

    Elliott Davis has a unique firm culture which sets us apart from other public accounting firms in the industry. I believe we have the ideal work life balance to succeed and grow in this industry. Flexibility is a key component in the work life balance dynamic, and at Elliott Davis we do have the luxury of working with everyone's schedules in order to achieve the ultimate work life balance. Elliott Davis has a beneficial coaching program which helps everyone from every level develop in their career path
