The engineers are exceptional in all aspects. Management is very approachable and open minded. The sales team is incredibly dedicated. Overall the employees are taken care of and appreciated on a regular basis. Free lunch on Fridays, stocked fridge starting every Monday, family outings, yearly holiday party, do I really need to continue?

This is a start-up business that has lasted ten years already. The nature of the business seems promising, but there's no real guarantee.

    Advice to Management

Working as a team has proven that success is possible with sweat, tears, and dedication. Keep doing what you are doing.
