Opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students

We actively recruit high-caliber, creative students completing their undergraduate or graduate degrees in a wide range of disciplines. Emerson and its businesses also offer a variety of paid summer internships and six-month co-op opportunities for students enrolled at selected colleges and universities.     I worked at Emerson Climate Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Offered great training opportunities and had open access to middle management. Most of the locations have a pretty solid management team with good working relationships.

    Cons

    Their business processes and systems were challenging at times. They were trying to update their operating software to Oracle and weren't making great progress. The division mindset wasn't open to utilizing the potential of the software, but wanted to tailor it to how they were comfortable with doing things.
