I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Emhart Teknologies (Detroit, MI) in March 2013.

Got in contact with them through a contractor (they have multiple). First there was a basic phone interview, then a couple of calls and reschedules to get me in for an in-person interview in which technical questions were very useful. Then I had to wait awhile to be hired, total process took between 1 and 2 months.

    Interview Questions

    • There was a question about multiple inheritance and how it's handled in different languages.   1 Answer

I told them I'd like to make (being conservative since it was my first out of college job). They offered me a higher one, and I accepted.
