    Pros

Experienced management, flexible shifts, friendly staff, competitive incentives and perks. Very supportive back office team. Added a New York department recently to cater to city visitors.

    Cons

Limited room for growth, have work most holidays, don't have such a good health coverage for their full time staff.

    Advice to Management

Need a better inventory control system.
