    Big company with great familiar benefits. Safe company in periods of crisis, thing that can afford you to maintain your work despite the lack of investment

    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeksinterviewed at Endesa S.A. (Santiago (Chile)) in April 2009.


    the procces is given by an outsource company, psicological test, interviews, in general the process is three phases, where they get to know you, then they send you to get a psicological test, then the three candidates options, and the last one is the interview with the general manager of the one who will be your boss.
