    I worked at Endicott Interconnect full-time (more than 3 years)


    Capable of taking on very complex projects with a very high degree of success. Nothing seemed to be beyond their capabilities.


    Quite political with the lingering past structure of a former company. That seemed to be at odds with getting it done. This seemed to hurt lead times and pricing.

The plant's sign now says "EI" instead of "IBM," and a lot fewer people work there compared with decades ago, but other than that, it's business as usual -- making printed circuit boards and semiconductor packages for a variety of electronic products.
