I worked at Endicott Interconnect full-time (More than 3 years)

Capable of taking on very complex projects with a very high degree of success. Nothing seemed to be beyond their capabilities.

Quite political with the lingering past structure of a former company. That seemed to be at odds with getting it done. This seemed to hurt lead times and pricing.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Endicott Interconnect (Endicott, NY) in December 2011.

met mostly upper staff for the president, A short tour and then a round table of department people on my talents. Discussed some details on different processes to determine my understanding or ideas about a certain process. Many of the questions were not relative to my job position.
