    Pros

People were wonderful to work with. The manager who brought me into the project was one of the best managers I've come across in my career...gave clear direction on what was expected but allowed you to complete the tasks in a way that you felt comfortable doing them. No micro-management what so ever!

    Cons

Company is extremely "meeting heavy". So many meetings were scheduled it was difficult to find tone to actually do the work. Not as flexible with work arrangements as other companies.

    Advice to Management

Continue to encourage employees/contractors to work efficiently and be open to new ways of doing things. Be more understanding when staff needs flexibility in schedule our work location.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Endo Pharmaceuticals (Malvern, PA) in July 2014.

    Interview

I applied online and received a call from a screener who did not work at the company. She asked me a list of questions to screen me out and I did not feel that she liked me based upon her cold demeanor. But then I got an email from them asking more questions. I filled out the questions and received an email about setting up a face to face interview. That whole process took over two months. After I went in for the interview I met separately with 5 different people and really liked the one person but the others I felt no connection with. The reporting manager sounded as if they wanted someone to run excel reports for them but weren't as concerned with having an actual compliance background.
