Getting an Interview

I applied online. The process took 2+ months – interviewed at Endo Pharmaceuticals (Malvern, PA) in July 2014.
I applied online and received a call from a screener who did not work at the company. She asked me a list of questions to screen me out and I did not feel that she liked me based upon her cold demeanor. But then I got an email from them asking more questions. I filled out the questions and received an email about setting up a face to face interview. That whole process took over two months. After I went in for the interview I met separately with 5 different people and really liked the one person but the others I felt no connection with. The reporting manager sounded as if they wanted someone to run excel reports for them but weren't as concerned with having an actual compliance background.
- Walk me through your background? What interests you about this position? Tell me about a time when you worked with a difficult person and what happened? What would you have done differently? What's your level of expertise in Excel? Answer Question
