I worked at Enerflex full-time (less than an year)

The company was laid back and had a casual dress policy. They were flexible in your work schedule and also had no problems in taking needed time off in order to take care of family needs.

Some of the managers were skeptical of working with a recruiter since they had done everything themselves in the past. They also did not provide the tools that were needed in order to assist in finding great candidates.
