They had a quarterly bonus program that paid employees if the branch was profitable for the quarter. The project managers gave technicians good support and most employees were extremely competent.
Travel was required some of the time. I was fine with this but some people are not.
Advice to Management
Involve the project managers in the hiring practice. A chief financial officer is not qualified to determine qualifications.
