I have been working at Eni full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The chance to travel the world, work on exciting projects, and experience new cultures.

    Cons

Working with outside contractors can be difficult if they don't adhere to ENI policies. Rules of conduct concerning on how to work with non-ENI entities are lacking.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They are several companies that are part of ENI. It would be nice to have a greater integration with all of those companies. It would make it easier to communicate across each of these companies.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at Eni in April 2013.

    Interview Details

The interview process was very well conducted. I was referred through a local recruiting agency and was placed in the role. It did take roughly 4 months before I was confirmed and the position was not a full-time role as I was initially interviewing for, but it was good change of pace compared to my previous role.

    Interview Questions
    • It was primarily a behavioral interview. Everything was based more on a personality fit. My resume proved I had the skills.   Answer Question

It's not teeny, it's Eni -- and it's huge. One of Italy's largest companies, Eni operates in the oil and natural gas, petrochemicals, and oil field services industries and has expanded into power generation. Its main subsidiaries and affiliates include EniPower (power generation), Italgas (natural gas transmission), Saipem (oil field services), pipeline operator Snam Rete Gas, and Snamprogetti (contracting, engineering). As one of the world's leading oil enterprises, in 2010 Eni had proved reserves of 6.8 billion barrels of oil equivalent, most of it in Italy and in... More
