Since 1981, when we opened our first community, we’ve delivered a pioneering approach to assisted living designed to give residents a supportive, stimulating environment where they will thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
In every Enlivant assisted living community, we work to meet each resident’s unique needs, with quality care and an environment that offers a sense of belonging for our residents, as though they are a member of a family. Our compassionate staff works to help residents maintain their wellbeing, form meaningful connections, and engage with the things they care about.
We begin with a thorough health and wellness assessment that helps us become deeply familiar with each resident. We pair residents with dedicated Resident Care Partners, who know their needs and learn their preferences. We are committed to providing the specific care each resident requires to flourish. In each community, a full-time registered nurse oversees care and is on call around the clock.

Enlivant Residence Positions
Residence positions are available in one of our more than 200 assisted communities located across 20 different states. Members of our residence teams supervise and coordinate services and care for a single assisted living community.
Positions include Residence Director, Wellness Director, Residence Sales Manager, Personal Assistant and more.
Enlivant Regional Positions
Regional directors and specialists provide leadership to our residences and communities across multiple states. They are responsible for overseeing the operations, growth and development of communities in their assigned region.
Enlivant Corporate Positions
Corporate positions oversee and support the residential and regional teams. They also develop the overall strategies for business development and company growth. A variety of corporate positions exist at Enlivant.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Enlivant.Interview Details
Phone interview with HR person at corporate about my resume. I had to go to the community for an in person interview with the Nurse and Executive Director.. I was called back to have an interview with Regionals. I was than called again and offered the position and told what my salary would be, following that I as given a formal email of a job offer which I had to accept, sign date and return to the corporate office.
