I worked at Enterasys full-time (More than 10 years)
Working at Enterasys was like working with family, not the kind that that you loath to see each Thanksgiving, but the supportive caring family you enjoy seeing each day. People worked well both within departments and between departments. The average tenure of employee was 13 years. All the employees wanted to see the company do well, and worked hard to make it happen.
I had heard a few times that employee wages were a little below industry average, but I was happy with my compensation.

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterasys (Rochester, NH).
I was interviewed in the middle of a hurricane. The doors were open and it was business as usual. That is the kind of dedication to customers we have. The interview lasted several hours and covered a lot of areas.
