I have been working at Entercom full-time (More than 5 years)
Employee Focused Culture! They openly that their strategy is to focus on employees first and foremost so that they'll transfer their passion for their jobs to their customers and listeners which in turn leads to customer loyalty and bigger profits... In my experience its a win/win. Employee managed "Culture Club" sets up monthly employee activities including a staff facebook page, staff get togethers like baseball games, scavenger hunts, happy hours, pizza making parties, etc. Summer hours let out early on Fridays. GREAT staff perks like tickets and VIP treatment at local attractions, concerts and events.
They expect a lot out of you. Fair but high expectations. Not a place to work if you want to just "mail it in" every day.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Entercom (Seattle, WA) in June 2015.
I applied online through LinkedIn and was contacted within a week to come in for an in-person interview. Met with the Director of Sales and Marketing for about an hour and we went through my experience, specific ways I handle situations and the position itself/expectations. Pretty straightforward.
