I have been working at Enthone full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

-Interesting portfolio of products, diversified across different market segments.
    -Renewed focus on quality.
-Small company where you will know most employees and their responsibilities.
    -Good benefits.

    Cons

-Increased personnel rotation in middle-upper management which results in confusing strategies.
-Lack of focus on one particular strength; trying to be everything to everyone.
-Prominent short term vision, management planing one to two months ahead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on your strengths and those of your products. Limit or avoid rotation and favor talent retention. Lastly, break from short term planing and lay out strategies that afford you to think three to six months in advance.

    Interview Details

Interviewed with HR, then with a senior engineer then with the plant manager, and finally with the hiring manager.
Fair interview process, a lot of it was based on personalities getting along
