I worked at Entrust (Dallas) full-time (more than 8 years)

Worked for Entrust pre and post IPO. Originally, culture was great. One of those places you want to work for. You wanted to go in every day. Money was good, work conditions were above average, management was easy going.

The direction of the company took some bizarre turns. With PKI never becoming more than a niche market, they suffered an identity crisis. As hard as they tried, marketing never managed to get the name out there in a proper way. Telling people you worked for Entrust often resulted in blank stares. Skills became stale with limited scope of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management at one point was great. Things change as they do in life. Lack direction and focus led to a serious morale drop. Unfortunate considering what it once was.
