I have been working at Environmental Stoneworks full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Safety is the top priority at Environmental StoneWorks, and that is apparent from top level executives to plant labor. The company strives for a culture of 0 accidents. It truly cares that its employees go home safe to their families and friends every night. Safety is not a set of rules to them, but rather a lifestyle.

    Cons

To understand, embrace and execute effectively a growing turnkey business of both manufacturing and installation, it takes a while to ramp up for new employees. While exciting to learn, it can be daunting with all of the information and processes to learn.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tenured management and employees in all facets of the business have to remember to chip in and integrate new hires into the fold, making them feel warm and welcome from the start.
