Company supports career advancement. Also, when I worked there offered tuition assistance. The core values of the company are strong and the ISO certification is a testament to the the commitment to efficiency and quality.
No real cons stick out to me though it has been several years. As stated previously, the benefits were good and they went above and beyond with tuition assistance.

I applied online. The process took a week – interviewed at Environmental Systems Products (Arvada, CO) in November 2013.
Interview process was fairly fast. Received call, came in for an interview within a week's time. Interview was typical, questions were fairly routine - experience with leave, what was a difficult situation you had to deal with and how did you deal with it, your strengths and weaknesses, etc. Only major complaint would be that I was never informed that I did not get the job even after meeting the General Manager for a second interview the same day as the first interview with the VP of HR.
