    Pros

    Good exposure to work on mission critical system, and able to play vital role of solution architect to many tier-1 European customers as their IPTV business grew with our company product.

    Cons

    Poor strategic decisions of some products, leading to confusion and unnecessary anxiety on every day.

    Advice to Management

    Retaining existing customers, and respect to employee's skills. Communicate periodically company goals, and steps required to achieve with feedback on progress made on the goals

    Interview

    The interview process will require one or two skill tests along with at least one interview with a manager and possibly a second interview with supervisor. The skill test will be evaluated by the direct supervisor of the advertised position to determine the quality of work of said individual. Note: one of the skill tests may be done at home on the applicant's own time
