    Pros

An employee orientated organization, driven towards growth and profitability, personal and company wide. Bonuses and compensation are consistent, not the highest in the industry, but always come through. Constantly expanding. Lots of opportunity to travel.

    Cons

Open office environments and lots of other trendy biz terms that can drive an employee crazy. Too much emphasis on documentation controls, very bureaucratic..

    Advice to Management

Let engineers work, not do paperwork management. Bring back cubicles, abandon the open offices.

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Essilor (Boston, MA) in April 2014.

    Interview

Phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. The next step was then a follow up face to face interview with manager which lasted an hour. They said they would contact me in the next couple of weeks if I got the job but I never received a call.
