    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Estes Express (Charleston, WV) in June 2015.

    Interview

Interview was very easy. Honestly I already had the job and I knew it because I'm the third generation from my family to work in the company. Interview still took several weeks to take place from the original date I was given (resulting in me quitting my previous job too early thinking I was unable to submit a notice). Basic questions such as career goals, me in 5 years, do I have a car, etc. Manager was very friendly and welcoming.

Service in Canada is provided by TST Overland Express, an ExpressLINK partner. Estes Express works with designated carriers to offer door-to-door delivery in the Caribbean and in Mexico ... More
