Former Employee - Linehaul Driver in South Bend, IN

I worked at Estes Express full-time (more than a year)

I felt like I was part of the family within the Elkhart terminal (before they moved to South Bend) and part of an extended family when I went outside of my immediate routine. For me, that was the most important thing. Unfortunately, I was a victim of the economic slowdown. Now, due to medical reasons, I cannot return to driving. I still won't knock the job at any cost.

Had a few bad experiences with a couple of the employees with other terminals, but nothing that was unmanageable. Issues were dealt with appropriately.

I applied through other source. The process took a dayinterviewed at Estes Express in December 2014.

    Interview Details

When I applied, it was fair but very slow. It took 1 month to get hired. I don't know how long it should take, but I have been hired in one percent of the time this company takes

Service in Canada is provided by TST Overland Express, an ExpressLINK partner. Estes Express works with designated carriers to offer door-to-door delivery in the Caribbean and in Mexico... More
