    Pros

    Great work and team environment!

    Cons

Not very much hands on training or training periods. Knowledgeable employees may not always have the patience to fully train new employees which hurts the company and knowledge of services.

    Advice to Management

Allow new employees more organized training methods beyond watching videos and having senior employees "throw you to the wolves".

    Application

I applied in-person – interviewed at Estes Express.

    Interview

I had to keep calling about this job because everyone is so busy that they never found the time to call me back. The interview was average, nothing special. I was in and out in 15 min including waiting time. The post the position and they get you in fast if they like you and you pass a drug test, you start asap

Service in Canada is provided by TST Overland Express, an ExpressLINK partner. Estes Express works with designated carriers to offer door-to-door delivery in the Caribbean and in Mexico... More
