-Need more structure in how people and work are managed

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to employees, but also actively reach out to them. Solicit ideas on where people see problems and how they'd like to solve them, and keep them in the loop as much as possible. There have been concrete improvements, but frustration is still there from veteran employees.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Eurasia Group.

Applied by emailing the recruiter at the time. A few weeks later I got an email about an interview. Interview was pretty standard behavioral and surprisingly lasted a while. After that I was asked to turn in writing samples. And then it took several weeks of waiting as they reviewed all the candidates.
