The company is very respectful of diversity and has multiple events to celebrate the diverse cultures. The people are very supportive of each other and go out of their way to help. The leadership team is open and available. If you are unhappy about something you can go and talk to the president. It's really true.Cons
There is not flexibilty for schedules. We have to work on weekends and sometimes evenings. If there could be more flexibility I would rate the company a 5.Advice to ManagementAdvice
The area has alot of traffic and delays in metro. I think the work can be done remotely and this would be very attractive to employees. Once you learn the work you can do it in the office or from home. It would be great if the company could offer work from home.Recommends
