    Positive Outlook

I have been working at EverFi full-time (More than a year)

A great atmosphere to work in, energetic, passionate, caring people. I knew I was working at the right place when the CEO reached out to me personally after a death in my family. There are no tiers here, this company makes everyone feel important and everyone is a big part of the overall mission and what makes it work. EverFi allows you to take chances, learn, and grow. We work hard, and celebrate our achievements. Not only does this company celebrate work achievements, but personal milestones as well. I feel lucky to be a part of a company that is making a huge impact now and has high hopes to make an even bigger impact in the future.

EverFi is a start-up, so if you're not good with change and trial and error, this may not be the company for you. As a start-up, EverFi is constantly testing the waters, and changing things up, so if you're a person that likes consistency, EverFi may be challenging. You have to be passionate about the mission, and while there is extrinsic motivation, it's vital that there is intrinsic motivation as well.

    Advice to Management

As we grow, attempt to keep it that "start-up" feel :)

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EverFi.

After submitting my resume online, the first step was a phone screen with Talent Development (about 15 minutes). After that, I had a series of 5 more interviews with other Schools Managers, Senior Schools Manager, and VPs. Most of them took place via Google Hangout (and were individual), but one was in-person (and had multiple people involved). In general, they lasted around or just under 30 minutes.

    Interview Questions

    • How do you prioritize your time? Asked to relate my current job role to the functions of this job role, as well as how I might handle the parts of the role that were different than what I was doing currently.   Answer Question
